Viruses and Other Destructive Activities

Pornography
The use of Leadchainsystem Pvt. Ltd.'s services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise, or otherwise make available any type of pornography is strictly prohibited. This includes any content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise violates applicable laws and regulations regarding adult material. LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. takes this matter very seriously and, as required by law, will promptly notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of pornography on, or being transmitted through, its services. Users found engaging in such activities will face immediate termination of their accounts and may be subject to legal action. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users, and we urge everyone to report any suspicious content that may violate these policies. Payment
Leadchainsystem Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made by the due date. This policy is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our services and maintain a high standard of quality for all users. In the event of non-payment, users will receive notifications reminding them of their outstanding balances before any suspension occurs. However, LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any kind of loss, including financial loss or data disruption, resulting from the suspension or disruption of services due to non-payment. Users are encouraged to manage their accounts proactively and ensure timely payments to avoid interruptions. We recommend setting reminders for payment deadlines to maintain uninterrupted access to our services. By using LeadChainSystem's services, users agree to adhere to these payment terms and understand the potential consequences of delayed payments.
Actions Taken by Leadchainsystem Pvt. Ltd.
The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the Terms of Use (TOU) is grounds for account deactivation. LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the TOU. LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice and to refuse service to anyone at any time. Depending on the severity of the violation, LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. Additionally, any reinstatement of service after a violation will be at the discretion of LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd., and may involve a reinstatement fee. LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from TOU violations. LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party. This includes any legal fees and expenses incurred in defending against such claims.
Anti Piracy
Leadchainsystem Pvt. Ltd. services should not be used to distribute illegal or pirated software and/or multimedia products. The LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LeadChainSystem Pvt. Ltd. and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.
